Registration

1、Registration time: 13:00-20:00, October 18, 2024
2、Registration desk: First floor Hall, SYSU Academic Villa, Shenzhen Campus
3、Registration Instructions:

（1）In principle, the conference team will not arrange pick-up service. Please go to the conference site by yourself. Please refer to the page of accommodation and transportation for the specific route.
（2）After registration, you will receive the attendance materials, including the nameplate, the conference brochure and the meal coupon.

 

Notes on the Venue

1、Participants should wear their nameplates throughout the conference, and access the event in an orderly manner under the guidance of the conference team.
2、To ensure the smooth progress of the conference, please enter the session room orderly in advance according to the conference schedule, and keep the mobile phone silent during the conference.

 

Meals at the conference

During the conference, meals (including dinner on the 18th, lunch and dinner on the 19th, and lunch on the 20th) will be provided. The dining method and place are subject to the meal coupon.
