个人简介

刘亮亮,中山大学先进制造学院副教授,博士生导师。

长期从事高离化等离子体气相沉积技术与基于离子的材料表面改性与应用研究工作,形成了从基础等离子体放电理论,到高度可控的离子改性技术,再到相应的放电装备和系统的“机理—工艺—装备—应用”一体化研究方向。截至目前,已在Nature communications, Research, Surface and Coatings Technology等期刊发表学术论文60逾篇,一作/通讯论文25篇,H index: 23。申请国内外专利15项。作为项目主要实施人参与过十余项国家及省市级科技研发项目,累计金额超1000万元。2023年成功入选北京大学深圳研究生院首位博雅博士后;2024年入选教育部海外引才专项2025年研发的复合集流体设备获评中国表面科技十大进展,并获广东省真空科技进步一等奖;目前担任《Optical Coatings and Metrology》 期刊编委《真空》期刊青年编委,《Coatings 》期刊客座编辑。

 

课题组研究经费充足,长期招收机械工程、材料工程和力学等专业的硕士研究生、博士研究生和博士后,欢迎有理想、有冲劲、敢于做“难问题”和“真问题”的同学报考和联系!

离子束装备:真空镀膜设备/大束流离子束装备开发;

离子束表面改性:粉体表面改性,离子束沉积、刻蚀、注入和抛光修型;

高性能涂层材料:强韧一体化陶瓷和金属基涂层制备。
